"The Carkeek Park paint out on June 9th, had a healthy turnout of about 20 painters from both PAWA and PSG. We were armed with a map of the area, and supported by fine weather, a table to meet at and a good dose of enthusiasm. Over half the group immediately went down to the nearby beach. The other half stayed nearby and painted the landscapes and the vistas. Most stayed the whole day, painting, visiting, exchanging tips and just general good humor."
